Outplacement Coaching Programme

A practical way to support your departing employees in managing change effectively, helping them embrace new opportunities and transition smoothly into the next chapter of their careers

Who is it for?

This programme is for organisations that want to support their departing employees through career transitions, ensuring they manage change effectively and leave with a positive experience.

It is designed to equip the departing employees with the tools and guidance needed to manage change effectively and approach the next chapter of their professional journey with confidence, which may include:

  • Finding a new role in a different organisation, or
  • Pivoting into a different career path, or
  • Transitioning into retirement while exploring opportunities for legacy-building, such as trusteeships or board appointments, and finding new sources of motivation and fulfilment beyond their career.

This programme goes beyond traditional career advice and offers a transformative path to self-discovery that encourages a deeper exploration of their interests, mindset, habits, strengths, and areas for growth.

This programme is NOT for those who:

  • Are not prepared to do the work and, among other things, look inwards, which may not always be comfortable
  • Want to be told exactly what to do and simply follow directions
  • Are not prepared to start doing things differently

How does it work?

This programme follows a clear and proven step-by-step framework based on my experience helping other ambitious professionals discover new career paths and/or transit in their current career.

In particular, we will work on:

  • Completing a strategic career/life audit: analysing where they are now in their career and life, how they feel about their situation, and what opportunities they would like to explore
  • Identifying what may be getting in their way and how best to overcome these obstacles
  • Setting realistic and sustainable goals, including capitalising on opportunities
  • Creating their unique career and personal development framework that they can confidently follow step by step

What’s included in this programme?

This programme includes:

  • Online coaching sessions of 60 minutes each, conducted via video calls, usually spread over 3 months to a year, and available in three package options, as described below
  • Practical exercises related to the coaching sessions on which they will receive feedback
  • Additional practical tools and resources (backed up by studies from neuroscience) to help increase their self-awareness and address developmental needs
  • A review with feedback on their CV and/or LinkedIn profile (not a rewrite) during our scheduled sessions
  • Practice answering common interview questions and engage in informal conversations so they can own their narrative and communicate with greater impact and influence (included only in the Comprehensive Package)
  • One 30-minute post-programme follow-up call to review and assess progress

We will meet regularly for a period of 3–12 months, tailoring the schedule and pace to suit the participant’s preferences and goals.

Packages available

1. Comprehensive Package (12 sessions)

2. Standard Package (10 sessions)

This package offers a focused and structured approach to career and personal development, covering all the elements of the 12-session package except interview coaching. There are a lot of people out there who do what Tami does, but I can’t believe there are many who do it so well. Tami’s coaching helped me uncover, understand and appreciate my skill set. I looked forward to the sessions, which left me with an unfamiliar sense of clarity and confidence about who I was and where I was going. I also secured the job I was looking for.

I started my coaching with Tami not knowing what to expect and have been amazed by the insight I have gained into my decisions, outlook and aspirations. Tami immediately made me feel comfortable and was able to lead me to practical steps and solutions that I don’t think I would have found on my own.

She is an excellent listener who quickly picks up on key points that matter to me and encourages me to explore them further. Her advice on career and personal growth has been invaluable.

Working with Tami really helped me refocus and regain a lot of confidence I had lost. She helped me to think about where I wanted to go with my career considering my values and goals and we worked together to formulate a strategy as to how I could move forward to achieve them.

Tami was wonderful to work with, open and approachable, and genuinely supportive.
