Would you like to enhance the leadership skills of your top talent?

One-on-one coaching will help your employees improve their performance and develop their leadership skills with neuroscience-based skills, tools, and techniques. Specifically, it can help them:

  • Become more confident and resilient
  • Develop greater self-awareness
  • Manage their imposter syndrome and perfectionism
  • Increase their wellbeing, manage stress and remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Improve their communication and influencing skills
  • Make effective decisions
  • Develop their networking skills and build meaningful relationships
  • Resolve conflicts more effectively
  • Develop their own authentic leadership style and their own brand

I came to Tami when I switched jobs and jumped from a role where I was largely able to mind my own business to one where, suddenly, I was pretty much in charge, doing lots of things I’d never done before, including making big decisions and dealing with numerous stakeholders.

The coaching sessions helped me increase self-awareness and express things that were an issue for me but seemed too trivial to raise with anyone else.

I found Tami to be very patient and quick to draw out the real issues hiding behind the things I was saying. This programme was an unexpected but much needed bonus.

How are the coaching sessions structured?

In my coaching, I use a holistic approach seeking to understand and get to know my clients as a whole and work with them as an equal partner.

I won’t tell them what to do but will ask them questions to help them discover the answers from within.

I’ll also encourage them to face any fears or concerns that may be preventing them from reaching their potential.

Where appropriate, I’ll give examples of what I’ve seen others do in similar situations and share my personal experience to provide a wider perspective.

At the end of each session, we’ll reflect on the insights they have gained from the session and finish off by getting them to commit to an action that will help them move forwards.

Please note: Confidentiality is at the heart of every conversation we have: whether via email, during a discovery call, or during a coaching session.

I’m a full-time lawyer and a mother of two young children. When I started working with Tami, I’ve just started a new job, had severe imposter syndrome, and felt lost under the layers of responsibilities.

Working with Tami has been the best decision I made for myself in years. She guides with deep empathy, but she is also solidly practical. She provided me with useful tools to build my resilience and recognise helpful and unhelpful behaviours in myself. She also helped me change my perspective and approach to challenging situations at work and at home.

Tami taught me how small changes can have hugely positive impacts on my mental health, family life, and work. Above all, the coaching experience gave me the confidence to be more “me” and live life abundantly.

~ M.M., Lawyer, UK

I reached out to Tami, because I regularly lacked confidence at work, which prevented me from confidently taking steps in my professional growth, building an effective network, and proactively delegating the tasks. With Tami’s help, I wanted to build confidence, overcome unfounded negative thoughts, and become more assertive.

Tami’s coaching sessions have made a real difference for me. One year later, I feel confident, inspired, and energized. Thanks to Tami’s insights, I have found genuine professional satisfaction and the courage to develop my unique leadership style.

Why work with me?

Over 20 years of experience managing cross-cultural communication challenges working for and with global businesses

I have over two decades of cross-cultural exposure and experience operating in a competitive global environment as a lawyer, facilitator, and a professionally certified coach.

This puts me in a unique position of someone who has faced and successfully overcome many of the challenges your top-talent employees currently face herself as well as somebody who has helped many top-talent employees from international organisations do the same.

Practical tools and strategies based on neuroscience

By sharing my knowledge of how their brain works and how they can rewire it, I help my clients understand and manage their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions better. This helps them master their challenges and achieve positive and sustainable change faster and with less overwhelm.

Extensive experience in women and minority leadership coaching

I am particularly experienced in developing and delivering programmes for women in leadership as well as programmes that help retain and nurture minority race and ethnic minority talent.

Bespoke coaching programmes at scale

I have a network of excellent coaches, facilitators, and leadership consultants with specialist knowledge who I regularly collaborate with to design and deliver bespoke programmes on a larger scale.

Tami proved to be the best coach one could wish for. Having been a lawyer herself, she completely understands the legal culture and its perks and burdens. But what really stands out is her multicultural background, and her ability to listen and to help you achieve what you are looking for.

She is also a fantastic listener and promoter of your best self. I can’t praise her highly enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is coaching really worth the investment?

According to the latest studies on executive coaching, 75% of executive clients report the value of coaching to be “considerably greater” or “far greater” than the money and time invested, with the return on investment being 500%-700%.

But to find out if coaching is worth the investment for your organisation, ask yourself:

What is the cost of not improving the leadership skills of your employees or losing your top talents to other organisations that offer the possibilities for professional growth?

Our executives are already too busy. Will they have the time for coaching?

Your employees can benefit from coaching by having just one session a month. We’ll also adjust the coaching sessions to their schedule to make sure they don’t waste any time before and after the session.

How’s coaching different from counseling or training?

Counselling is reactive and looks at your past to help you deal better with the present. Training revolves around the trainer who passes their knowledge and skills on to you.

Coaching, however, is proactive and looks at your present to help you discover future possibilities through a series of thought-provoking questions. It builds upon your strengths and goals and helps you to embrace change, come up with your own unique solutions and a sustainable plan of action.
