What’s included in this programme?

This programme includes:

  • Review of your CV
  • Guide to interviewing and common interview questions
  • One 90-minute 1:1 session to conduct a mock interview tailored to the role you’ll be interviewing for
  • Detailed feedback on your mock interview performance, delivered orally during the session
  • Video recording of the mock interview (optional) and a brief post-session written performance evaluation

How does it work?

Step 1

You send me the details about the position you’ll be interviewing for, your interviewees and the format of your interview, together with your latest CV and particular areas of concern that you want to work on, e.g. managing your nerves.

Step 2

I will send you a guide to interviewing and a set of potential questions you could be asked. Based on these materials, you’ll prepare for a mock interview.

Step 3

I will conduct a mock interview with you in the following format:

  • 15 minutes of interview + 10 minutes of Tami’s feedback
  • 15 minutes of interview + 10 minutes of Tami’s feedback
  • 15 minutes of interview + 15 minutes of Q&A 15 mins interview with 10 mins feedback + last 15 mins Q&A

Step 4

After the mock interview, I will send you a brief email with my feedback on your performance, together with a video recording of your mock interview.

Step 5

Optional: Additional sessions for an additional fee, if required.

Please keep in mind

A hiring process involves many factors outside of our control: changes in the market, expectations and preference of the interviewers, specific requirements of a role, or simply bad luck. That’s why, although many have secured a new job or role right at the end of this programme, there is no guarantee that this will happen for you as well.
