Is your team struggling to deliver results?

Maybe internal conflicts and ineffective communication are creating a tense atmosphere and discouraging your team members from sharing new ideas.

Or maybe unexpected changes in your organization have created uncertainty and additional pressure that affect your team’s performance.

Team coaching can help you create sustainable change and:

  • Resolve internal conflicts and create a friendly atmosphere of mutual respect and trust that encourages open communication
  • Restore broken communication
  • Manage transition or changes within organisation or team structure
  • Identify individual strengths of each team member and the best ways to use them to achieve a common goal
  • Improve morale and increase the sense of a common goal
  • Boost motivation, creativity and performance

My approach

The key characteristics of building a high-performance team is mutual trust, respect and support.

During team coaching, I’ll facilitate building new, more effective team behavior patterns to create a friendly and productive environment, while also helping individual team members achieve personal growth.

Here’s what will happen once we decide to work together:

Step #1: Initial discussion

Initial discussion with the team leader and/or the team sponsor where we discuss current problems and desired outcomes.

Step #2: Analysis

To get my own impression of the team, I’ll attend a team meeting and will observe team dynamic and individual team members. I’ll then hold active discussions with the team as well as individual discussions with team members to better understand their perspective.

Diagnostic & action plan

Together with your team, we’ll create a report about the current state, set the development objectives and decide how we’re going to achieve them.

Step #4: Coaching sessions

The duration and frequency of coaching sessions is always tailored to your needs. But typically, team coaching takes place over a period of time (for example, 9 months).

The coaching sessions are held every 6 to 8 weeks and last between 1.5 and 2 hours with a 15-minute break in between.

Step #5: Ensuring sustainability

To track the progress the team has made and ensure sustainable changes, we’ll hold regular review sessions with the entire team as well as with individual team members.

Team size

One coach can effectively work with a team that consists of 3 to 12 members. If you have a larger team, I’m happy to recommend a second coach I could collaborate with to make sure that everyone on the team receives the necessary attention and support.
